John and Amanda McDonell are a husband-and-wife team for Compass Realty based in Danville, CA. Their realty practice comes from 15 years of combined experience and former backgrounds that perfectly complement the needs of sellers and buyers. Additionally, they are backed by Compass Realty which is known for excellence in cutting-edge technology, real estate training, knowledge, coaching and education.

 

John and Amanda have a successful track record of selling homes in a short amount of time for top dollar and getting buyers into contract in this unprecedented, competitive, Bay Area market. Working mainly by referral, John and Amanda believe the greatest investment they can make is in their clients, and that relationships and happy clients are more important than transactions. The couple, and their young children Keira and Connor, live in the East Bay near their office. Both are third generation Bay Area natives with in-depth knowledge of the regional nuances within Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Each possesses a thorough understanding of how best to guide clients through highly complex (and sometimes emotional) real estate transactions.
